Founded in 2017 by Andrea An and Jesse Weiman, Nolita Studios emerged from a shared vision to create a nurturing environment where artists can thrive. With over 20 years of experience in music production, and several years in visual storytelling, and brand development, we’ve combined our expertise to offer a holistic approach to advancing artists’ careers.

Co-owner, Music Producer and Audio Specialist
Jesse Weiman’s journey into music production began at a young age, driven by a deep fascination with sound and its transformative power. By 15, he was teaching himself to play guitar and diving into the world of music production, quickly developing an expertise that would shape his career. Over the past 20 years, Jesse has become a highly respected figure in the Saskatchewan music scene, known for his ability to craft rich, engaging soundscapes across various genres.
His portfolio includes producing and engineering countless albums and singles, with several charting within the Top 100 on a national level. Notably, Jesse provided ADR services for Rez Ball, a Netflix feature film produced by LeBron James—further cementing his reputation for excellence in high-level audio work. His dedication to sonic detail and artistic collaboration has led to numerous accolades, including 2019 Album of the Year (Codie Prevost – RADIO) and 2017 Gospel Album of the Year (Amanda Hagel – Listen With Your Heart) at the Saskatchewan Country Music Awards. In 2022, Bloom—the debut album by Andrea An, produced by Jesse—was ranked #7 on the SaskMusic Best Saskatchewan Albums of the Year list.
His impact has also been recognized through multiple nominations from SaskMusic and the Saskatchewan Country Music Association, including Studio of the Year and Keyboard Player of the Year—a testament to both his creative versatility and the reputation of Nolita Studios, which he co-owns. Jesse’s contributions to the industry go beyond the studio; he was recently selected as a JUNO Awards adjudicator, recognizing his leadership, critical ear, and influence in Canadian music.
As a co-owner and lead producer, he is known for his meticulous attention to detail, innovative approach to sound, and ability to bring out the best in every artist he works with—whether they're emerging voices or seasoned professionals.

Andrea’s journey began with an undergraduate degree in Interior Design, instilling a profound appreciation for art, sets, and design. She has been passionate about photography and videography since childhood, progressing from film to digital formats, then ultimately acquiring her first mirrorless camera. This innate fascination with visual storytelling evolved into a thriving career, earning her multiple nominations at the Saskatchewan Country Music Association for Music Video of the Year.Andrea specializes in directing, filming, and editing impactful videos for musicians, commercial businesses, while also capturing the unique moments of events, weddings, and lifestyle experiences through both video and photography.
As a racialized female videographer, Andrea is deeply committed to fostering inclusive environments where clients can feel safe, heard, and empowered to express their true selves. Her mission is to authentically document stories through the lens, bringing each unique vision to life with sensitivity and respect.
